My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms had a strong smell of chlorine, and the floors felt sticky. Despite requesting an early check-in by email, I still had to wait for hours upon arrival. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and accommodating, even though they seemed understaffed. The location was convenient, close to the freeway and within walking distance of food places, but noise from neighboring rooms was a downside. The dining experience was disappointing, offering only basic snacks instead of a proper breakfast. Despite these issues, the hotel had potential with some improvements needed.

I was pleasantly surprised by the clean, neat, and orderly room that turned out to be very comfortable despite initial doubts and challenges during check-in. The service, while lacking in friendliness from some staff members, was redeemed by a helpful and accommodating check-in experience led by the supervisor. The location was satisfactory, though lacking in nearby amenities, but it served its purpose as a place to stay while visiting family. The dining options were subpar, offering only grab & go items. Despite the minor setbacks, the hotel remains a decent choice for its value and acceptable facilities.
